This site is for adults aged 18 or older. You must meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and access must be lawful there.
2. What the site does
baddiez.vip is a front door. It previews content and links you to Telegram channels and to the ordering bot at the Baddiez bot. Free channels are free. The bot opens the payment provider and sends access in Telegram after confirmation.
3. Payment and delivery
- Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and can change at any time.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as the channel or archive exists. It is not a promise that any third party service stays online forever.
- Access is sent through the bot after payment is confirmed. If delivery fails, message support in the bot. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
- If you were charged and got nothing, contact support and it will be fixed or refunded.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, re-upload, mirror or share any pack you bought. One purchase is one person.
- Screen record, scrape or bulk download the previews on this site.
- Share your invite links or bot access with anyone else.
- Use the site if you are under 18, or show it to anyone under 18.
Breaking any of this ends your access with no refund.
5. Content ownership and complaints
If you own a work that appears here and you did not authorise it, send a notice under the DMCA page and it will be removed. If you appear in content here and did not consent to it being published, contact BADDIEZ Telegram support and it will be removed on verification, without needing a court order.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will be available, uninterrupted or error free.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent US law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting there.
9. Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
